- Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the provision of the service or execution of the order, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
- The data processing period may be extended if it is necessary for or before the issuance and approval, and after that time only if and to the extent required to comply with the law. In connection with tax obligations and certain personal data, they are used for a maximum period of 6 years from the date of termination of the contract. After processing, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
- 14. Personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive this data under the law and, within the scope specified for the implementation of the contract, to the company supporting us in the provision of services, i.e.:
- about courier companies, Poczta Polska, Inpost,
- the entity providing accounting services to us,
- about subcontractors, partners, forwarding companies, contractors in the AL-PI network, etc.
