  1. This privacy policy is informative and contains primarily the principles regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator, including the basis, purposes and scope of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information on the use of cookies and analytical tools.

The administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as AL-PI POLONIA or the Administrator) is AL-PI POLONIA Sp. z o. o. based in Sosnowiec 23A, 95-010 Stryków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000188841 kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Division of the National Court Register, share capital in the amount of: PLN 60,000, NIP: 7292375330 , REGON: 472173440 – owner of the website www.alpipolonia.pl (hereinafter referred to as the website).

Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

Placing an order (purchase of services) or submitting an inquiry via the contact form by a person visiting the website (known downstream users) involves providing and transmitting their personal data. Providing personal data by the user is required, but providing data marked as required is required for the purpose of handling and servicing orders, and failure to provide them results from the need to comply with the contract and its implementation or the possibility of contacting and answering a question.
  6. AL-PI POLONIA uses the IP address of the computer visiting the website in the technical scope of services that remain on the website. The address may also be a source of generating statistical data, such as website visits.
  7. Personal data is processed by AL-PI POLONIA for the purpose of:
    • to respond to the inquiry regarding contact control and to conduct correspondence on this matter,
    • for internship and AL-PI POLONIA’s fulfillment of the concluded contract, e.g. execution of the order,
    • about archival (evidential) activity that is legally binding, information security interest on the current use of fact detection, as part of the operation of judicial, audit and inspection proceedings,
    • for managing windy properties belonging to,
    • for the purpose of implementing marketing activities,
    • analysis of network traffic, security within the website and access to content tailored to the needs of users based on the right of access to the Administrator’s interests.
  8. The User’s personal data are processed by the Administrator based on his consent, and in some cases described in this document, as part of the Administrator’s legitimate interest.
  9. A user who has consented to the processing of his or her personal data may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  10. Users have the right to exercise the rights arising from the GDPR, and in particular they are entitled to:
    • for the right to request access to your personal data and rectification,
    • for the right to delete or limit processing,
    • for the right to transfer your data,
    • for the right to object to the processing or transfer of data to other entities,
    • for the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the supervisory authority.
  11. AL-PI POLONIA processes personal data with the utmost care and in a way that protects access to them by unauthorized persons, using both technical, programming and organizational security methods.
  12. The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the provision of the service or execution of the order, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  13. The data processing period may be extended if it is necessary for or before the issuance and approval, and after that time only if and to the extent required to comply with the law. In connection with tax obligations and certain personal data, they are used for a maximum period of 6 years from the date of termination of the contract. After processing, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
  14. 14. Personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive this data under the law and, within the scope specified for the implementation of the contract, to the company supporting us in the provision of services, i.e.:
    • about courier companies, Poczta Polska, Inpost,
    • the entity providing accounting services to us,
    • about subcontractors, partners, forwarding companies, contractors in the AL-PI network, etc.
  15. Personal data may be processed automatically, but they are not profiled.

  17. To ensure that the Portal’s Privacy Policy is available throughout its current application as imposed by law, we have the right to make changes to it over time. It can also be used in the event that the privacy policy requires changes in order to obtain new or applied products or services of the Portal.
  18. In cases not regulated by the privacy policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
